Q: Is this really a small business?

A: Yes! I run this business mostly by myself — with a little help from friends and family at times. I have no investors, no parent company & no other owners! 

Q: How long will it take to get my scratcher?

A: All scratchers ship economy unless otherwise noted. It can take 5-7 business days once shipped. Usually orders are packed same or next day, except for weekends. I pride myself on not living to work, so weekend orders will be fulfilled on the next working day. 

Q: Can I use the scratcher on my partner/child/animal?

A: No matter who you are using it on (including yourself) make sure to use it gently and check in often on the pressure level. Especially on those who cannot communicate their comfort. 

Q: Can I freeze or heat it up?

A: Warming up the scratcher is not recommended. The gemstone tips may become too hot and cause discomfort. To cool your scratcher, place it in a waterproof container or bag and let sit in the freezer for a couple hours. Then remove from the bag and enjoy! 

Q: Why is there a dog hair in my package?

A: Because I'm not perfect & Chili likes to explode.
